Unintentionally, I found myself lost in the creation of abstract pink roses. I started this painting as a diversion to momentarily break free from the constraints of another painting I had been working on. What started as a mere distraction soon revealed itself to be a manifestation of my rose garden, vividly blooming within the confines of the canvas. Year after year I witness these gorgeous, big, fragrant roses bloom in my own backyard. Never once did I think to paint them. I think that’s the beauty in letting your intuition come through and letting your heart guide the brush. This beautiful flower painting will last forever!
